THE ENERGY MEASUREMENT SYSTEM OF CHOICE

With rising fuel costs the need for improvements in accurate energy measurement has driven the Cadillac® Energy Measurement Systems to be acknowledged as the new industry standard.

Driven by the rise in energy costs along with the desire to conserve and become more energy efficient the industry, end users and engineers alike, have become focused on improving the overall accuracy for online energy measurement.

As a component of an Energy Measurement System the flow meter has been the greatest single contributor to overall loss in system accuracy. Traditional Energy systems offer the use of mechanical or differential flow elements, such as turbine, variable orifice, pitot tube, orifice plates, etc, which by their nature with regard to technology, have relatively poor accuracies, marginal repeatability, require re-calibration, and offer poor turn down or rangeability.

With Cadillac®'s proven flow meter technology it is now possible to remove the weak link in the Energy System by improving flow meter accuracy alone by 100% to 400% over traditional flow technologies. Combined with state of the art electronics and precision temperature and pressure elements Central Station Steam provides the most accurate, repeatable, maintenance free, Energy Measurement System available in the market place. Central Station Steam offers three options for Energy Measurement all employing Cadillac's proven nonmechanical, non-differential producing flow meters. By employing different technologies specific for the media (Gas, Steam or Liquid) being measured, Central Station Steam has the ability to provide the best suited and widest range of application solutions to meet the end users energy measurement needs.
